Who else can use the materials?

The materials are open source which means that trainers and other can access the materials and deploy them in a commercial or Not-for-profit manner. However, the materials cannot be deconstructed and acknowledgment of Curtin and NDS is mandatory. Part of the registration process requires those accessing the materials to agree to an open source licence which confirms these restrictions and ensures the ownership of Intellectual Property is retained by NDS and Curtin.
